If this describes you, SieEnt would love you to work with us on our as yet unannounced episodic 2D/3D RPG project. This position has the potential to evolve into a full-time position in the next 3-6 months.
You must be able to work remotely, but preference given to candidates located in Minneapolis / St. Paul

Duties and Responsibilities
- Meet deadlines and milestones
- Encounter scripting
- Basic tools scripting
- Works directly with artists & designers
- Participates in meetings, design reviews and planning as part of effective communication with the team
- Contributes to building a collaborative environment with all disciplines
- Liaises with artists, designers, writers, producers and programmers to ensure overall design vision is being adhered to
- To carry out any other related duties as required
Skills and Specifications
- Familiar with Unity game engine
- C++/C# and JavaScript (required)
- Familiar with XML import APIs
- Familiar with Perforce
- Able to work remotely
- Ability to work individually and self-driven projects
- Highly self-motivated individual
- Must have a proactive work ethic, and be a capable and creative problem-solver
- Must possess excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
- Must possess excellent organizational skills
- Must have a passion for a broad range of game experiences
- Able to thrive in a chaotic start-up environment
- Willing to learn new technologies and skills
